The location was favourable for Monterrey, near Monterrey and a fitness centre and several metro stations. Monterrey Centro district was worth staying in. I was offered a room with pleasant views of mountain. The bed was great, had renovated bathroom.
Tbh, this hotel needs renovation.

That was nice hotel set in busy area, so close to amusement parks, the Zona Rosa and the city center. Greatly enjoyed the queen room we had. The lighting here was good. Had a comfortable stay here during our vacation.

Location: the hotel was not far from all main attractions, and amusement parks, downtown. A cool bonus was nearby Montana Restaurante, that offered tea and coffee.
Some people working there were miserable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The staff was efficient - when we didn't like our initial room, the manager immediately showed us to a better one. The cleanliness of the rooms, sheets, and towels were excellent. Some bathrooms had been renovated, and the bed was comfortable. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located close to several metro stations, making transportation around this city a breeze.
Nothing to complain about at all.

I loved the view from my room, overlooking the street and the Cerro de la Silla. The hotel's location in the city center made it easy to access all the main attractions, and the staff was efficient in accommodating our requests. Checking in early was no problem, and the bed was comfortable. The TV was an added bonus, and there are several businesses and a nice park nearby.
I felt extremely welcome at Hotel Parque Central and had nothing to complain about.
